Simple question though i doubt with such little time passing since factions release that anyone has the answer yet.

There were always rumors of people having like gold dwarven battle axes that were max, etc. or there were other skins that never saw the light of being rare or even max for that matter, such as the way of the tribal axe as well.

With factions, do you think anet will make these "old" rare skins more common and even achieve gold/max status?
